Wonderful photo!

I like how this blue is paler, as it seems to add a more... innocent glow to it? It's like the colour that you see with babies and such, if you get what I mean?

I think the colours contrast very well. The depth of field works with that to make the snowflakes really stand out, which is good...

I do feel that you could balance it a bit more by framing it as a proper square, so chopping out a bit of the right side would be better?

Other than that, it's not bad. I think there is a bit of noise, but... it's not that noticeable, I think. A bit more depth with the snowflakes themselves wouldn't hurt, though.

Lovely piece, anyway.
