I did yes, I hadn't and still haven't really used illustrator at all... need to get in to it

This is encouraging, because I tried Illustrator, and found it impossibly frustrating! And I have PS, so I'll just work with that.

Yeah I agree. I find that because im new at it all and learnt on PS its hard to transition over and learn whole new ways of doing things. PS is awesome and unless its very technical work I would say its a perfect place to just practice on. My plan is to play with ill once I get a bit more confident
