The title , he looks like he wants to say hurry up and take the photo already I'm freezing my butt off here . Β He looks so well behaved for you when your taking photos of him, Kato's shy, looks away and fidgets all the time.

That was in all probability what he was thinking. For some reason he likes lying in the snow much better than sitting. As for the posing, one part is that I taught him the 'stay' command in all positions (standing, sitting or lying down), which helped, another is that the son of his breeders likes photography too, so Luca's been used to being photographed since the moment he was born (you can take that literally, I have a picture of him from about an hour after birth ) I've heard that a lot of dogs are camera shy because it's rude to stare straight into another's eyes in the dog world. And they see the camera as this weird eye. But I'm not sure if that's really the reason.

Perhaps he thinks if he lies there for so long he will have done a doggy snow angel . Β Well Kato is my brothers dog, he will do any command all the time when he says them, when I say them sometimes he does sometimes he doesn't, it depends what command I say, but he will still turn his head away from the camera if I ask him to sit. Β My brother has a photo of Kato a short while after he was born too. Β I think it's just getting him more used to being around them then out else.

Luca is like that with my parents. He likes them, but considers them his equal, NOT his boss. It's quite funny sometimes, especially cause he immediately does it if I ask I hope you'll manage to 'cure' his little camera phobia sometime cause Kato's really a photogenic dog.

Quite the fully title. That looks like what he's thinking.

I'm quite positive it was Poor Luca. But then again, it doesn't snow here every winter, so when it happens, I just have to make the most of it.

My part wolf part Shepherd loved to lay outside while it snowed, she liked to be covered with it and would be out all day like that, she was the happiest when it was snowing
Beautiful shot of Luca

Must have been a lovely sight Snow has a kind of Red Bull effect on Luca. It makes him really hyper. Lucky for me I like hiking in the snow, so I can counter his energy a bit.

All you could see were her eyes and the tip of her nose, she blended in so well with the snow, I had to look very carefully to find her.
He looks like a very good boy I'm glad you both can have fun in the snow.

Thanks dear I actually hope snow'll come soon. Cause the other option for a Belgian winter is grey skies and lots of rain.
