Madoka from puella magi madoka magica
Meimi from Saint Tail
Ahiru from Princess tutu
Nina from ultra maniac
Sailor moon
Sakura from cardcaptor sakura by clamp
Ichigo from tokyo mew mew
Mitsuki from Full Moon wo sagashite

So, not too long ago, I sat down and started doodling different magic girls. and I was all like "how many magic girls can I think of that fit the following qualifications: they have a magic outfit, a school uniform, and a magical pet"..... too many as it turns out. there are more that are obviously not here. but wow.... I might color this. If I ever have time to kill.

a little bit about what I think of each series:
-first off: madoka magica is not suggested for little girls looking for shojo's. if it isn't obvious
-I've only watched a bit of saints tail. It was cute. but it left me a little confused about what kind of message it was trying to send.
-princess tutu is an incredibly cute and well written children's series.
-Ultra maniac is a cute manga series. I haven't watched the anime, but aparently everything is ten times more magical and that was the reason they decided to get her a magic outfit to complete the genre's cliche's
-Sailor moon is sailor moon. what can I say? I wanted to watch it as a kid . I have yet to ever try to actually watch it in serious. I did start watching the abriged series. tis hilarious. Abriged series are great ways to celebrate old shows you may have grown out of but still treasure (like the princess tutu abriged)
-cardcaptor sakura is an all time classic. I tried out the "tomoyo challenge" of designing a unique outfit, and failed miserably.
- Ichigo was fun to draw, but I wasn't a huge fan of the Mew mew stuff.
-Full moon was my first manga, it got me into anime and manga.

PS: I suck at drawing animals and magical creatures.. ect.
