Well, I like the colors and the name, the design isn't too bad either, the only things I'd change is the horns, the blue ears, and the 2 extra legs.

Adding extra features doesn't really make the character any more original, especially stuff like horns, extra limbs, ect. it just's unnecessary, the OC would look fine without them, it would help them blend in and identify with it's surroundings.

Just keep in mind, it's more important to design characters with visually simplistic designs, with one or maybe even two distinct features, like an article of clothing a hair highlight, or a maybe even a scar or birthmark, but something with six legs and devil horns is a little too wild to believe that this is a modern pony who blends in with society.
take the mane six for example, they all have viusally simplistic designs, but they all have distinctive features that set them apart, they have no need for something like horns or extra limbs.
your OC already has a nice design and colour palette, the extra details just seem unnecessary.
