As for the other characters, I would prefer doing it when the game is gonna come out, wish is November 20th for North America.

Since I have lots of favs, I'll might as well tell you some specs of my GIF's frame by frame animation
Duration when a vehicle completely transformed into a mode: 0.5 seconds
Transforming: 0.1 seconds/frame or 10 FPS
Numbers of frames when transforming starts: 8 frames
Duration of transformation: 0.8 seconds
Total time of GIF: 3,9 seconds

Well, it varies according to available time and complexity of the vehicles:
Tails was my first time so it took me longer, like a week for time spend on it.
I had more experience when I did Sonic, but It still took me a week to do it because of the transformations.
As for Knux in land mode, it took me like around a whole day...

Funny how they got Hot Wheels to make her vehicle yet no one elses have been made into die cast cars (unless you count those small mini racers that came out around the first games release)
