Chisame is the daughter of Oto kunoichi Sasame fuma and a monk Sora, who during his long travel meet Sasame Fuma and falls in love her and decides to live in Oto.She has a old brother who name Shintaro.
- Like his mother(sasame fuma) she has a name reference to the rain, even she was born in summer.
Actually she was born during a day raining.

- She is a chuunin from otogakure and really close to his aunt Kotohime who is the lead of his clan (fuma clan).

Personnality
- Chisame at the first time she seems confident and haughty, but she is little bit clumsy(she often falls in the ground) and has a big fear of boys, that why she acts haughty for to hide this.
His protective father Sora, learnt her to hate boys saying her all boys are bads, when she was a child. So when a boy is too close from her, she acts really fiercely with a punch without reason. But, Kurogane Morino(idate and Shiho’son) is one of rare boys, who can approche her without to received a punch in face, despite who he is one of big pervers. It’s one of big mystery of Chisame, that nobody understand.
- Chisame is really proud to come from a Fuma clan and doesn’t appreciate when people critize his village, who keeps some bad reputations because of atitudes Orochimaru and Kabuto in the past.
Though she finds Hokage some weird(in the good way) she admires him too.

-Her secret dream is to be Otogakure but it’s brother’s dream too. They hope one day, Oto will be recognize as a strong nation like Suna, Konoha, Kumo, Kiri and Iwa.

Abilitie/Dream:
-she uses jutsu medical learn by his sensei and like his aunt Kotohime Fuma she can control his hair for to attack his ennemies.
-His chakra is affiliate to the wind by his father.
-she can use "chakra threats". A special suicide technique from his clan, who kills the ennemy and the user too, in the same time. But she can’t use because his parents forbidden to her and his brother to use it.
-His weakness point is taijutsu.
-She really would like to fight again with kasumi Yamanaka because she lost again her during chuunin exams pre-selections .

Food: she loves sushis and vegetal. She is one of rare perso who hates ramens and even if Naruto tries to convince her when she comes in Konoha, she always refuses to eat despite she loves hinata’s food!

Personnality:
Kurogane is a joyful guy who sometimes act like a stupid personn, what irrites Tsuya. Kurogane is little bit like Kenta, he loves girls but he hasn't success with them because of his perverse side. Like Kenta, he fans of classic book Icha Icha paradise and enjoys reading them with Kenta.
During his childhood in academy, he had a big crush for Rengu Rock Kurama(leeyakumo daughter) who is a good friend, because their parents Yakumo and Idate were in the same team when they were young. He decided to abandonned he loves for her, when he notices Rengu's feelings toward Miyami Hyuga. Althought he loves girls, he loves to try to seduce Chisame and seems to have some real feeling for her. Everybody who knows Chisame are really surprise by her kindness toward Kurogane, motsly she is afraid by boys.'s
