But it wasn't was it? I never read the books so I am not sure, but he hung around with the guys to kill her, then as soon as the annoucer said 2 people can win, she knew what they where up too and even then at the end of the movie when the announcer goes only one can win, before he even finnished saying it she drew her bow all the way. It didn't really come off as true love to me, as you know he tried to get her killed I don't think she fell for him, but I think he fell for her, she likes the guy back in her distric I think

He hung around with the guys who were trying to kill her so that he could protect her, he did love her yeah and she fell for him but she didn't realise it until the very last book. She wasn't sure for the other two books who she loved.. but she does end up loving him
