Plan for to steal something or to demolish something?

OK, here's the plan:
1: We put on the disguises.
2: We head to the place and make sure nobody suspects us.
3: We sneak into the engine room or generator room.
4: We then install the small but powerful explosives which will cause a chain reaction and blow up the place.
5: We set the timer for 10 minutes.
6: We escape before they find out what's going on.
7: We get to a safe distance.
8: Watch the fireworks.
That's it for plan A. Onto plan B if things go wrong.

they're going on an epic adventure to try and find some epic treasure and they found it in a building. Now they are trying to find a safe route through the building with little conflict.
