As drawn by my sister! She drew this for no real reason, just wanted to draw a Eastern-type dragon! Now, we know that Eastern Dragon vary from only legs, to only wings, and so forth. She drew this guy to be somewhat fancy, huh? He's got those crests on both sides of his head. I helped her decide on eye color, saying it should be blue cause 1) It fits with the green and yellow better. 2) It matches the jewel in his tail.
