Brief History: Rohan grew up in a Resistance Orphanage, and never knowing his parents, could never relate with the others. He was always the odd-one-out, and not just because of his often abrasive demeanor. The right side of his face is draconic, looking like it was half-morphed into a dragon's face. Complete with scales, pointed teeth, and a slit-pupil-ed eye, it was draconic as it could get on a human face. This alienated him severely, and for all his days, has worn both a mask to hide his mouth, and bandages to cover his face.
But, there was one who didn't care about this factor whatsoever. Maria Dragonsbane, a fellow orphan who hadn't gotten to know her parents. They became best friends throughout their younger years, and even trained together to eventually join the Resistance.
One day came, the previous leader was gravely ill. Rohan and the doctors were doing the best they could, but the leader evicted all save Rohan and Maria. He resigned himself as leader, and gave the post to Rohan, with Maria acting as witness. From then on, Rohan has led them with a vengeance, never failing, save for natural, human errors that still occurred.

Personality: Rohan is a calm, collective, and fierce young man. He is strong, selfless, and very charismatic. He inspires ferocity in battle, and loyalty in harder times. As far as history has yet recorded, no better leader has ever led the Resistance. He would not waste the life of any of his men, and treats all with an unbridled sense of love and equality. But don't let that fool you, he could discipline like nobody's business if you went out of line. Rohan seems to be part dragon, considering the condition of the right side of his face. But, due to abuse due to it during childhood, and a downright sense of not belonging, Rohan despises his draconic side, going so far as to loathe dragons themselves.

Description: Rohan has stark white, spiky hair. But the spiky hair is not like Kakashi's, and instead, hangs down, oftentimes getting in his eyes. His eyes are blue, but are flecked with bits of a fierce red. His mask is a deep, dark blue, and he is of "Caucasian" coloring.

Family: No blood relations alive, but all of his Resistance are family to him.

This is Rohan, the leader of the Wing Havien Resistance. He leads them against the dreaded Orks, and would willingly give his life to end the war, and finally bring peace to the land. While he is an ally, Rohan does not treat John with a warm welcome, nor a warm stay. He often challenges the hero, calling him a 'mere sword boy' in insult upon introduction. Rohan bears a unique sword, one given to him as a gift from an unknown force. As is normal for the Leader of the Resistance, Rohan can communicate with the Oracle of Wing Haven telepathically.
