Iβm pretty sure the reason why Peter canβt swim in the golden coins is because heβs not pure, Iβm thinking the sea of golden coins only work if the user hasnβt done anything bad. like murder or somethingΒ
and with all the terrible things Peterβs done in the show. I donβt think he will ever have the luxury of swimming in a seaΒ of golden coinsΒ

Still a good theory, and it makes sense that only Scrooge can swim in the golden coins since it belongs to him

College Humor did something similar with Scrooge which looked more painful and a little bit funny.

funny thing is that the new Ducktales explained how Scrooge can swim in money
also, Peter didn't have enough coins (I still see the floor)

Probably because Scrooge is a duck

Doubtful as his nephews tried it and failed. After that they wonder how is he able to swim on the coins. Scrooge is just capable of doing that himself.

Diamonds, coins, what's the difference? xD They're both pieces of solid matter.

Uncle Scrooge: Are you out of your head !? You'll crack your skull open !
Louie: But you swim in money all the time.
Uncle Scrooge: Yes, but I worked hard to perfect that skill. Building muscles and dexterity.

In an episode of the Ducktales reboot, Scrooge acknowledged that Dewey will crack his skull open when he tried to jump into the money bin.
