For some reason, I didn't think this was something special at first glance. But after scrutinising it, I have to admit it is probably one of your best works. It gives off some sort of primitive instinct but at the same time I believe there is nothing primitive about it. The look on your face, the way you're pointing at the rope and the tilting of your head make me feel that I should help you. Save you in one way or another. But I can't because what's strangling you is something only you can deal with. Some inner demon you're struggling with and yet you're asking for my help.
I know this will be weird but I also feel that you want to drag me down. Since you cannot save yourself, you are just going to harm others. You have become one with the demon you're trying to fight off.
I do overthink pictures but I really find that your eyes can tell a story on themselves. The way you're looking at the viewer is just the definition of 'A picture is worth a thousand words'.

You do know that you completely hit the bullseye with this, don't you? That's ... that is actually how I felt about the picture, or rather, what I wanted it to express. "Demon" is probably the best way to describe it.
