I was eating a taco when I looked at this, that was a mistake..
It's very good though, I love the details and such. I really seem some effort!
I also enjoy the door, really sets into the photo with the peeling, old looking paint!
Also the blood on the door really added some more mood.
The lighting is fantastic as well! I love how it shines off the blood, showing that's it's.. perhaps fresh?
And the maggots! haha, those really made the picture come togethe~
Lastly, the focus point, I like how your have the hand cleaner (Not literary though
