Red Potato: Lane's Red potato is extra red. Diced and stir-fried in too much oil, Lane first had these at IHOP. It turns out you don't need to use that much oil because they are delicious on their own. Especially if you get Lane's Red Potatoes. They're the tastiest. They go well with rosemary.
