Description
This is Venis. He has too much energy but at least he puts it to a good use, most of the time. You might be able to meet him here: [link]This doubles as a big gift to for being a very good friend, and a portfolio piece...cuz I have absolutely no finished pictures of men, much less dynamic pictures of men.
This took a long time. I think I learned a lot, though.

I liked it better with the character alone. It looks like the character is pasted on instead of actually having considered the composition of the piece. The background lighting and the lighting on the character don't match. The background is really bold as well almost drowning Venis. He doesn't stand out at all to me.

*shrug* I may mess around with it later to make the poles lighter, to make him stand out even more. I'll edit the sky for lighting... but quite frankly I really like how the powerlines look next to him, and I think the composition's good too. The lines lead the eye around the picture, and show his direction of movement too.
I don't think they're too busy cuz they're so neutral and he's so colorful. Compared to the big cityscape I was gonna go with, this lets him stand out much more.
