It's a great art. I wonder if it has a deeper meaning. Maybe your character creates a thought based on what he eats, and the process begins from the eyes. Bland colors create a foggy mood, and his body seems to be made of chalk, so maybe he looks at a "school blackboard" in a thoughtless or simplified way. "You are what you eat".

Most things have deeper meaning, just not always sure what it is. "You are what you eat", is funny in the sense that he is apparently eating himself. So he is indeed what he eats and what he eats is him; a small cycle of life.

He creates thoughts and himself based on what he sees, but it's his decision which source of knowledge he chooses and considers to be right. In the worst case, he can be like a zoombie.
