Well, you just send in a college application like any other college!
It also helps if you go to their saturday events that they have, and they can also help you with more financially-friendly tuitions

It's a really fun place to be, I'm about half way through my 2nd quarter here
And prepare for what? College Applications? I think if there's a school near your area, then you should definitely go to the events they have to get acquainted and they can help you a lot!

Yeah! And they also have contests you can do to start winning money for school if you wanna go there! They really make it possible for you to be able to afford going there

Well, Media Arts is the second biggest major they have there!
I'm in the media arts and Animation Program

well, it's a 3 and half year program, but if you take 5 classes per quarter instead of 4 you can finish in 2 years
you don't have to have any classes before you enter, you can take them all there, but you do have to take stuff like English, Math (which you can test out of), History etc, but it's mostly just art and studying things that go straight towards your major
It's really cool, really fun, I'm only on my 2nd quarter so it's pretty easy so far, but they say it's supposed to pick up speed once you enter your 3rd quarter

So before I started school there, I paid 30 dollars to take an algebra text, and got a 97% on it, so they just gave me the credit for the class without taking it

Well, I think every school has different information, You could probably just type in "The Art Institutes of (Your state)" in google and some information would pop up!
But my school's number is 858-598-1200, and they could probably help you more than I can!
Maybe even ask for Jason Katsoff, he's the academic adviser for Media Arts, He might be able to help too!
