huh, i don't see it in her instagram. either way, best to report to the owner of the character! I'm not all too protective of my AJ art because in the end, in-game it will always be clear who created it. Outside of AJ it's just another google image that's bound to be stolen. XD
You can send a screencap tho if they have taken it down but so long as it's down now there's no problem.
My only concern here would be the fact that Neon is not their character to be claiming.

I just use the biggest size i can for the areas that need filling idk :0
I tend to use all of them a lot i constantly switch it back and forth haha... Even in my usual non aj stuff i do in Krita i always am changing my brush size, i almost never even use size-pressure for painting... Only for linework and cel shaded art xD
I use the itty bitty one for the shines in the eyes tho. The goal is to keep a consistent level of detail and create a focal point with an area of higher detail. Or keep consistent detail overall and use colour and contrast to create a focus instead.... Or both. Art has no rules aahhh *hides under a table*
