I just posted a status update and realized how boring that must be. So instead, I realized that people might be interested in my concept art that I'll be using for my book and possibly kickstarter. I'd also love some feedback!

This is the cover of my book which is designed to look like a standard government classification envelope. It uses a custom mock NSA seal that I designed and is meant to be both a peek into the NSA's dysfunction and express a list of leadership pitfalls and gotchas that any committed leader should be aware of and avoid.

Have you ever had a security clearance removed in retaliation for whistleblowing activity? I have. That's why you haven't seen much art from me this year. The fight is lost and I'm still struggling to find a job in this crazy market, but in the meantime, I'm also fighting to get my book to the public (the one that got me fired).
