I'm smiling. I have a niece (7) and nephew (10, he's getting so big) and the greatest joy in my life is spending time with them. I just built a house way north in Michigan and spend 2 mos with the kids each summer for two years. Wonderful. I remember when they were infants and i'd babysit for a weekend, tough work but magical.
