A belated birthday gift for @/buffy_artist on Instagram!
It's been a while since I've drawn any of her characters, and I just had
to draw Falco again, especially since lately I haven't drawn any bright, exciting characters!
Not to mention, I haven't drawn any smaller, chibi-er like things for a while so this was really fun x)
