Shouldn't Wilson's watch be in his right hand since he is a leftie? I don't think that anyone would wear a watch in his/her dominant hand.
Wilson looks girly (not in the bad way mind you, the good way) and I like the fact that House doesen't have a cane. Maybe Wilson took him by surprise and made House drop it.
