Meet the Matriarch of D Pod, Dokkoon!

D25 Dokkoon, is the oldest member of D Pod at 60 years old and has been guiding her pod as Matriarch for the last 40 years. Unfortunately Dokkoon has outlived some of her children and grandchildren, but today she swims with her two daughters, D26 Chia and D34 Coorah, with their children D24 Odyss and D36 Nesbit. Researchers satellite Tagged Dokkoon 17 years ago and pierced her dorsal. The tag fell out, but left a large scar in its place that healed white. She also has a very noticeable 'tea stain' birth mark on the right side of her face.

Really not pleased with how this turned out, but damn I love her design. SHE IS SO PRETTY I LOVE HER.

Dokkoon looks like she’s singing some words of wisdom. “When you’re lost and alone, stay still. Remember, togetherness is our home.”

Her birth mark makes her so easily recognisable and it’s adorable too.

You're welcome ^^ Realistic looks are close to my heart but I have no idea how I got into the weird ones too. Lana is basicly the only realistic-looking orca of mine, but I do have some type A and D sketches...
