If you haven't already wasted half your day on youtube anyways, check out her channel (and my favorite video!) here: [link]With respect to the actual movies, the characters taught horrible life lessons, and the art was (for Disney) not some of the best. I loved them both so much as a kid though, and Ariel is still the pinnacle of Disney awesomeness!

Y'know, over the last few months I've noticed there's other crossover editors, but I keep coming back to her work because it tells such a good story. So when can I doodle something for you?

I haven't watched Non/Disney Crossovers for months now, but I do remember how, when I still did, Shade's stood out to me for the stories, and the emotional impact. So, I guess I see where you're coming from on that. She once took part in this "farewell" MEP when I left YouTube and man, her part of it stands out to me. A LOT. Just search for "KitakLaw" and "MEP" and you should probably find it (unless YouTube took it down for copyright or something - hope not, though *crosses fingers*)

That's actually how I first heard the name, ages ago! I really had to do a double take when the two characters hugged. And I always wondered, were you an editor?

Yeah, I had to do a double-take at that moment, too. Um...long story short, yes I was an editor (only had WMM, though, but I'm proud to say that I was good at it). Then, keeping up with YouTube ate up so much of my time that I had to delete my account, but I didn't know how to go about saying goodbye, so...I didn't and just left. Probably a bit stupid of me, but yeah, that's what happened. And...by "heard the name", you mean Shade's or mine or both?
As for the art trade...I don't fully know what I want yet. Can I send you a note once I do know, though? In the meantime, what do YOU want?

Oh, I heard yours from Shade's account, then my sister and I on a whim (and looking for more MEPs) plugged your name in the search engine and came up with a load of dedications to you!

Aw...that's really sweet to hear. And, yeah - Shade was my closest online friend on YouTube (there was one friend who was closer, but that's cuz I knew him offline as well). So I know she put her all into that video, and it shows. It took me a few months after the videos were all made and posted before I could bring myself to look for them, but I'm glad I did. I also really like the video one of my other friends, kbsrep88 (who also has a DA account here: ) and she used the same "character/casting" system that Shade and I and a bunch of our friends used: so Shade was Marina, I was Mulan, KB was Anastasia, etc.
