Description
Nina ran through the streets, following a well known voice in a far distance. It was Fixo. His voice sounds fearful and it moved quickly. Someone was after him, again.
"This fox always has bad luck", Nina panted, increasing her speed to get Fixo before anyone else would get him.
As she reached the old park's playground she stopped. Fixo pressed his back against a tree. He seemed exhaused and breathed in short gasps. He surely had run for some time by now. Also his followers seemed exhaused. Nina didn't wonder about that. Fixo had a very good stamina and was one f the fastest runners in school. They had to hold a high speed level to not lose his track.
"Now you're trapped!" Spat one of the guys, "Sorry, guy, but you better didn't see what you saw. We have to end you, here and now, or you might open your snout to the wrong people."
"I won't say anything, I swear!" Fixo screeched in a high pitched voice, as always when he was in panic, "Leave me alone!"
"We can't, poorly", another guy said and grabbed a knife which was stained in still fresh blood. Those guys clearly just killed someone, and Fixo must have seen it, Nina thought and ran into sight, "Stop right there, you filthy bastards!"
"What? Another one!" Gasped the third of the group, "What now, boss?"
"Police will be on their way here soon. better run for your lives!" Nina growled and stood now betwwen the guys and the trembling fox.
Two of the guys made a step backwards, but the boss just smiled, "The police station is far enough away to finish you off, first, and then run."
"Come on then. bring it!" Nina spat with a smirk and made herself ready to attack, but in this moment Fixo's head shot up, facing the sky and screamed something in a strange language. His pupils were glowing and from one second to another him and Nina had vanished.
