Zavok, leader of the Deadly Six, the new group in Sonic Lost World. For the most part, he's the main villain of the game, and although they're all based of the usual archetype, he plays his role well IMO.

Also, food for thought: his VA in English is Travis Willingham (The voice of Theodore from Persona 3 Portable and new voice of Knuckles) and in Japanese it's Joji Nakata (The voice of Albert Wesker in MvC 3)
