I love Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. It's such a random and funny anime :LDecided to doodle a picture of Panty, so I got out my Wacom and opened up Adobe Photoshop Elements.
I originally drew this in black, and realised it was on the white background layer which was locked (so I couldn't colour it). Then I magic wanded most of the white bits so i could colour it- which is pretty okay although it makes the quality crappier.
And yes, the head is a bit off where the jaw is and the eyes are.
I do not own this character.

you should try a lighter base colour for the skin. one eye is slightly bigger than the other although that might be because one side of her face is turned :L. hair is structured nicely. try using a smaller brush size. you did a good job on her facial expression, i can see panty's personality
dont follow everything i say exactly, do what you feel is right because i am also a fairly amateur artist and you should develop your own style ^^

I agree with the skin bit, and yes the eye is a little srewed up lol.
This picture was more of a colouring practice of light and shade so I didn't really care about the colours until I actually finished it. :L
