Hey yeah no problem at all~ Your welcome and keep drawing more and more okay? Um so....what exactly IS the difference between referencing and copying? Like if I copied a picture for example of course I would put in credit that I used this picture and copied it. But If I referenced this I don't have too cause I'm not copying it. I use this for an idea for example but it turns out differently.
I mean I don't want people looking at me like I'm some kind of copy cat or a thief. I just wanna draw poses on my own and I wanna learn how to draw from reference correctly without others thinking I steal from others.

Well I see nothing wrong with copying as long as you 1. are not taking credit or making a profit out of some else's work or idea and 2. Not giving credit to the ordinal art you copied from. Honestly the way I got to my skill I started off buying mantas and how to draw books and copying from them, I'd copying images off the internet(This was before i came to DeviantArt) , eventually I learned how to draw my own style with out the aid of another image. If your copying art for the sake of practicing to be able to create your own style then I see no problem. I mean the anime we watch are artist simply copying the style of the manga the creator made. Art starts off with copying so don't feel bad or guilty about it, Β just don't settle with copying try and making your own origami art, then you'll see that you won't need to copy anymore. Telling you from my own experience of learning how to draw on my own.Β

Hm....okay that makes sense. Yeah I knew that's how it is. So it's okay to not credit cause I drew it on my own with help of the reference. And I say openly I use references.Β

Also ling as you give credit and are able to link the orinal image to the orignal source and your not taking full claim or ownership of what you are copying than i see no problem
