The bird on her right shoulder is one of her desr oets Ignis. A raven she found and nurtured. She granted him fire powers, and he can now set his wings abaze with fire as well as breathe fire,launch burning feathers, and even talk.

The large cat behind pele is kasha, a black panther. Technically, a jaguar with a full black fur coat. She was found abandoned by her kind. Pele took her in and raised her. Gifting her fire powers as well. She has the ability to let loose a firey roar and set her claws ablaze along with the tip of her tail too and can communicate with humanoids as well. Legend says she and ignis can do a lot more, too, tho what exactly these things are, are unknown.
