Narutos ninja's are very over the top and tenchu is much closer to a real ninja however Rikimaru has fought demons in his lore and even over come death and many other situations and the fact hes a not as powered shows his skill level as a ninja far surpasses that of nartutos.
Oh and lets not forget the wrath of heaven if that hits someone then DAMN!!!!! lol also he can create a shadow clone also woot GO RIKI!

Tenchu is much more "real world based" ninjutsu.
I gotta root for Rikimaru, but in the Naruto world shinobi are super uuber overpowered.

I am pretty sure about that Kakashi's concept was taken from rikimaru by Masashi Kishimoto, That's why Kakashi looks so similar !

Well I favor Rikimaru as character over Kakashi. Tenchu Ninja's were actualy more realistic than Naruto ones, so its usless to think about that.
