His TF (Tactical Frame) Hand Standard to the Guncyber Series which could shoot Plasma Bullets from its finger tips or form into a Plasma Sword also it enables him to lift and carry more than his Grenade Frame.
The Firearm is is the Pulse Shotgun since its From Raven there's no NL Stunner to it. Added that it kills at Mid-range but But has Short Distance, High Recoil and in Point Blank Range it can Put a Hole about the size of a Softball on the person's Chest Cavity...
Although It's illegal to carry any NL Energy Firearms so this person is dangerous, with or without it.

Driscoll Hired the Guncyber Corps to aid his escape before the G-SWAT could Reach him.
The Guncyber Corps was originally a Military project by the Swiss Military Genius who has died before Setting them up with the UN Forces.
They winded up being plucked by Raven who does illegal Business Like Drug Dealing, Gun Running now Black Ops and Death Squads.
They don't have any bit of humanity so they would be perfect for the task.
Hiro bashed heads against them occasionally.
