Description
It's a super Armor Hybrid units I have yet posted unless you look way back into my old art in DA.

(Sadly, I've lost the ability to confirm the project is within my fingertips.)

The HB Armor's purpose is to magnify the user's Energy Manipulation Principal of powers to a lead 10 to 20 times it's level.

It's defenses is quite limited because it's made of Steel than Titanium, It may not make Hiro faster as well.

So it's class is more of a Booster Type of Armor than a Particular Power Suit that could do more.

The Burst Bracer Unit is an Attachment for the HTG Unit or the Tech Gauntlet that was used by mostly Military and Police of the Earth.

However the unit belongs to the GSWAT for obvious reasons.

In order to activate it it must be attached to the slot where the Bracer Tools are utilized.

The Bracers May have a Certain time limit until it goes into Cooldown Mode and ends the Powered Form, May Rage from Five Minutes to 2 hours or even beyond.

Basics is that it has a Heads Up Display, Makes it easier to see in dark spaces it's power source is Ions but upgraded to it's Esoteric Variant, mainly used for Direct Combat, Vocal Activation System based on its user (Hiro would say "Burst Up!") and costed them an average of 35k.

Not an average unit but not very tough when it come to defences, best used at the right moment.
