During our boring first day of class, I did a little sketchy on my notebook. My first OC!!
Still haven't thought of his name though, so ima stick to "No. 9315" first.

He's not totally blind, he's just used to the dark cellar he was in. BUT he IS partially blind. The bandanna is just because he takes the thought of seeing his surroundings as a distraction to his other senses.
About his origins, maybe I'll post a fic, maybe not. But I won't guarantee it will be a good read, 'cause I suck at writing. But I'll try
