but i wasn't happy with all the sketches i made (this is one of them)... so i decided to finish it, cos i felt like it lol. ://

Getting hair right would drive me nuts, and under water, forget about it. But you did a great job capturing it! Very nice.

Your light and shadow is fantastic, it is that simple. Your fish though, are a little weird, but your girl makes up for it with her alluring smile and interesting piece of jewellery, the hair is pretty amazing too.
In short I really like this picture.

I just have a small critique/suggestion (hope you don't mind?): Her lower torso (like below her boobs XD) seems rather thin because of how you've shaded it, like, just looks so flat. Dunno really, just thought it was worth mentioning. Other than that I really like this a lot C:
