Description I really liked those boxes that they used to pack CD-ROM video games in before they switched to plain DVD cases...

I used a clear / transparant plastic drinking straw (like the ones you can find on the side of juiceboxes) to make Lara "hover" above the sea floor, but with a bit more work, you can also use a piece of clear, plastic packaging material and roll it into a tube to create your own "straw" of course. ;o)

Although paper isn't very heavy, because all of Lara's weight is focused on the tip of the straw, you need to use good glue and be patient until you're certain the glue has completely dried before you try to put Lara upright...!

Parts and instructions for the "40 Fathoms Lara" papercraft vignette (and all of my other papercraft models too of course!) are now available from my papercraft webpage: [link]

Have fun building!

Yeah, nowadays games just come in DVD cases (or as downloads ;o)
I liked when they came in big boxes like this, sometimes they had neat, big instructions booklets with artwork, or other extras! ;o)
