I really like him, very reminiscent of Beatrix Potter. I think he should have longer legs and much larger feet so he looks more like a frog in person's clothing as opposed to just a frog headed man.

Ha yes he can be tough with toad and salamander fellows, perhaps a bit of a superiority complex (with the long legs and more agile swimming and all).
