um. Just dont over cook (over melt) your chocolate, youll know when you over cook it becuase it wont be nice a smooth, itll have chunks of stuff that looks burnt and wont melt. You could temper your chocolate but thats a huge process. If you go to your grocery store you can buy containers of chocolate that is especially (wow i cant spell) for coating fruit. That would probably be the easiest way to go.
