I really love the way you did the ghosts. A nice, ominous glow to them and the soft blur compared to Luigi's solid colors.
And i LOVE the way Luigi's eyes stand out so brightly in the picture. While even the bright ghosts stand out, his eyes just pierce mine and totally bring my attention to the picture C:
