We have here another anniversary-based fanart that sprung to my mind earlier this week (only this time, I got the idea just in time for the actual anniversary date). In honor of today being the 20th anniversary of when Hey Arnold! first aired on Nickelodeon, I decided to do like I did for other cartoon anniversaries and draw a celebratory picture featuring the main characters.
