It's springtime, and I felt I should draw a picture of one of my favorite cartoon couples heading out on a picnic. And, seeing how I hadn't drawn a new Warner Bros. Animation fanart since last September, I decided it was high time I made another picture featuring Loud Kiddington & Charity Bazaar from Histeria! Pretty self-explanatory, really, but I do think this picture I drew up today looks really cute.
