Wrapping up my new series of fanart featuring "marriage proposal" scenes for my favorite Rugrats: All Grown Up! couplings, we have Tommy Pickles popping the question to Kimi Watanabe-Finster. For this picture, I opted to have Tommy wearing his black tuxedo from my last picture of him and Kimi , and gave Kimi a light blue dress with silver accents because I thought it would look good on her. That said, I hope my fellow Rugrats fans like these pictures.
