I didn't expect to post a new picture right before the ones that I'm planning to post on Valentine's Day. But as I was working on my next pictures, I remembered this one Rocket Power fanart that I'd sketched last year but hadn't gotten around to finishing, so I thought maybe I should post it right now. It's essentially a companion piece to my last Otto/Clio fanart , which I posted last July, this time with Reggie Rocket covering Twister Rodriguez's face with her kisses.
