Personality: Ryuko is easily distracted and a huge procrastinator when it comes to training. He likes sleeping and loves eating. He's pretty stupid. He can be serious at times, only if the situation calls for it, but other times he's just trollin' around. He can also be pretty random.

History: Ryuko at the age 12 used to be a pretty active Team Rocket Grunt. He mostly just ran errands and assassinated a few people who were suspicious in the eyes of Giovanni. He'd never steal Pokemon from others, however, he did steal his Charizard from Professor Oak back when it was a Charmander. Ryuko spent a couple of years traveling in the Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos regions to get stronger and take on a few leagues, and also to do some undercover Rocket work. He finally returned to Viridian to do some R&R for a couple of months. During his journey in Kalos, Ryuko studied Mega Evolution with Kage and got a Mega Glove from the Gym Leader, Korrina.

Ryuko used to be the Champion of the Kanto region but was fired from the job because the league found out about his Team Rocket past.
