Skylar "Sky" Nathan, originally the best player of her community, ditched her home following a sudden government coup by Elfen nut jobs who passed a law that banned blondes from being smart or boyish. The Peanutsian government returned and repealed the law, though Skylar never found out about the law restoration for a while due to her long stay in the Madelinean version of New York until an Elfen who lived there worked up the courage to go to her new house the day Heather Wold visited.

Personality
Skylar is a tomboy who likes playing sports and learning science. Her favorite games are sporty and science-fiction games, and when she plays video games, she spends an equal time on both. Peggy Jean and Melody-Melody are good friends to Skylar, often getting her to join their teams. Skylar's crush is a brunette boy who defied the law.

Skylar's feminine side is very limited. She would rather be the child rather than the parent, often because the boys forced her to "go to the mall" when she played the role of mother, most of these instances occuring after the Dumb Blonde law's enactment. She is very well aware that mothers can be tomboys, too, but those boys refused to care... though her boyfriend, who thought that the rest were "brainwashed by that sexist law", sported an exception. That was the only time she played the "mother", and the skits she played often involved scenes where the child lost a baseball game and his mother would convince him to "never give up", having been a baseball player herself.

Skylar speaks many Peanutsian and Madelinean dialects.
