This really does show how much your artistic skills have improved over time. The colouring is beautiful. I particularly like the areas where there is a bit of a shine e.g. The top of his hat, his shoes, his tongue. I also think the rosy cheeks you gave him add cuteness.

It had nothing to do with losing, I actually won two games in a row lol. I was bummed with other stuff. I probably won't get Star Rush since the last Mario Party for the 3DS was kind of a bust.
