I overdid it and only barely finished the assignment, which was really just about making it fall, land, and settle...
I'm pretty pleased with it, tho.

How many frames, if I may ask?

Umm... Off the top of my head, let's see.. there are like 20 or so frames for the jump scene, ~90 for the first fall scene, which includes 20 or so concurrent frames for the cloud zoom layer on its own, and about 13 for the "out of time" and actual impact scenes, not including the "anticlimax" lettering..
..So like 145 individual drawings or so? Give or take. it kind of fluctuates when it comes to ones and twos, though, but with 13 seconds at 24 fps, it's 312. Haha... Too many words

Whew~ This must have been a lot of work... but it was certainly worth it!
I'm interested in animation myself, but I keep slacking after a few frames
and then it's no fun anymore... but I'll keep trying and maybe I can learn One thing or the other from you

I often try animations with PSD and my tablet... but I'd like paper
more.

I totally understand. 
If I were you, and you have even a scrap of interest in animating, I would do whatever it took early on so you don't delay what you love like I did. I'm in school for it now, but I could have started so long ago if I had remained determined.
But you can do it! If you love it, you'll be amazing! You have lots of talent already, so.

I wish I could give you some useful and intelligent feedback but since I know nothing about animation at all I'm afraid I can't LOL

This is some fantastic work! I really love what you did with the cloud movement, and the perspective on the flour sack. The rotation in the air felt very solid too. The main part that sticks out for improving is the squash/stretch at the start; the clarity is there (it reads, and its drawn fine) but the shape change for each step and the anticipations could use more exaggeration to make it feel more lively.
Your animation is much better than my floursack animations from school anyway, y'make me want to go back and do more.
