I used sushi rice. I let it soak for 20 minutes. and then I Gave it a boil and let it cook for an other 20 minutes. When it was done I added a mix of sushi vinagar and water and let it cool. When it was cold to the touch I shaped it like an egg and added details that I cut out of a nori sheet. The pink in the cheeks is ham that i cut into circles ^^

It's not something I normally buy, but when you are taking pictures it's nice to have as much variation as possible, bentos are known to be colorful.
