Mother Gothel's expression is amazing! Pretty much everything looks great, but that in particular is stunning.
The only item of note I can see is that Mother Gothel's arms don't necessarily seem to be attached to her body - the angles of her forearms/hands are a bit odd. For example, we should see a piece of her right arm that attaches her shoulder to her elbow/forearm just to the left of her hands, under the hair she's clutching, but there's nothing there.

Very good eye for details! Showing us once again how much more beautiful Tangled could have been had Disney stuck to 2D animation. Love the slight blush on Rapunzel's cheeks; makes me wonder if she is thinking about using "true love's kiss" in order to save her beloved thief.
I think there are two slight errors: anatomically Gothels arm doesn't seem connected with her body and Flynn's hair is a bit long (but hey, maybe he just took a page out of Rapunzel's book there 
Keep up the great work; my personal favorite is Gothels expression. Indeed like streetgals9000 mentions; almost as if she's turning into a skeleton.
