Just felt like submitting a new art before I go to school tomorrow... I won't be able to draw for awhile huhuhuBut there is a good side to it, i'll finally learn animation weee~~
Now regarding the art, it was inspired by the song "Red Lights" covered by Taryn Southern.
I've been craving to run around the snowy streets during the night but then it's dangerous and there's no snow here hahaha
So what do I do? I take my burning desire and put it in art form...didn't really stop the craving though.

This is really pretty, love the background although I don't think I would have added those big bright colorful dots, it is a bit distracting. The shading can use some saturation too. you did manage to draw a fairly challenging pose quite well and the clothes is something I always struggled on, tho I don't think you seem to be so that's great. I like her clothes, she looks fabulous 
Great work overall and please keep drawing and you'll rise.
